8/28/2025, New York - WINEing today announced that at least ten boutique
California wineries will participate in the first-ever online collaborative wine sales
during the 2025 edition of “Come Over October” powered by Collaborative Selling
platform Wineing.net; this milestone builds on the campaign’s record-breaking 2024
debut and extends its collaborative spirit into digital commerce.
The Movement
Launched in 2024, Come Over October has become one of the wine industry’s most
dynamic community-driven campaigns. WINEing helps the campaign expand further
into the digital space, connecting wineries and wine lovers through new collaborative
sales, linking collaborative selling and buying to collaborative consumption which is
at the essence of the movement.
Quote example “Wine is inherently collaborative - from vineyard to
cellar to table - and this campaign honors that spirit by creating
connections that go beyond the glass,” said Gino Colangelo,
co-founder, COME TOGETHER.
The WINEing Concept
Wineing.net reimagines DtC sales by shifting from one-to-one e-commerce to
collaborative buying. Instead of relying on traditional clubs or subscriptions, wineries
can host campaigns that bring groups of consumers together, digitally or physically.
This approach creates richer data, stronger engagement and gamification, and
reflects how younger generations prefer to buy wine: socially, collaboratively, and
with a sense of community. As part of the “Come Over October” initiatives, wineries
will set quantity targets on selected wines, which reach them as a digitally created
group of customers, conditions a discount and benefits - otherwise unattainable
when buying individually.
“Innovation in DtC isn’t about replicating the past,” said Moshe Weizman,
Co-Founder & CEO of WINEing. “Wine clubs are fading. The next generation wants

discovery and participation. Wineing enables wineries to sell in a way that matches
those expectations - turning commerce into a shared experience.”
A Winemaker’s Perspective
“As boutique producers, we’ve always had to be creative not just in the cellar, but in
how we bring our wines to market,” said Tony Lombardi, Founder of Lombardi
Wines. “This collaboration shows how small wineries can innovate together. By
leveraging Wineing.net, we’re redefining what direct-to-consumer sales can look like
- moving from individual efforts to collective impact.”
